Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

However, for individually manufactured 3D relief maps offered by MyTerrain, there is no right of withdrawal insofar as the requirements of Section 312g(2) No. 1 BGB are met.

The 3D relief maps offered by MyTerrain are manufactured individually according to the customer's specifications. Production is based in particular on the route or map area selected by the customer or the GPX dataset provided by the customer, as well as the design chosen by the customer.

As these goods are not prefabricated and an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive for their manufacture, and they are tailored to the customer's personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal for these individually manufactured 3D relief maps pursuant to Section 312g(2) No. 1 BGB.

Statutory rights regarding defects remain unaffected

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal for individually manufactured 3D relief maps does not affect the customer's statutory rights regarding defects.

If the delivered 3D relief map is defective or damaged or does not correspond to the agreed characteristics, the customer has statutory rights regarding defects.

In such cases, please contact us as promptly as possible, stating the order number and, where possible, providing a description of the defect and meaningful photos. We will review the matter and provide appropriate supplementary performance within the framework of statutory provisions.
